While the staff was incredibly helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable, there were significant issues with cleanliness in the corridors and the dining options were lacking. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tel Aviv. The superior room we switched to was bright and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was a plus. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of options, and I loved the complimentary snacks at the reception. However, the noise from the recycling system in the restroom was a bit distracting, and some areas of the hotel felt a bit dark. All in all, it's a great value for the price!
